Bookings Terms and Conditions

Overview

  1. Bookings are protected by Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH) and Association of Bonded Travel Organisors Trust Limited (ABTOT).
  2. Minimum deposit £50 per person and balance of holiday to be paid at least 8 weeks before departure.
  3. Holiday prices include: Travel, Accomodations, Meals (as specified in holiday description), and VAT.
  4. Written notice is required at least 8 weeks before departure if you wish to change to a different holiday.
  5. Bookings are transferrable no less than 7 days before departure. An administration fee may be applied.
  6. Voel Coaches Ltd reserve the right to make minor changes to holidays. You will be contacted in this event.
  7. We operate a minimum number of participants per holiday. We will not cancel holidays less than two weeks before departure. Exceptions to this are;
    • You have failed to pay the final balance of the holiday.
    • Force majeure
  8. There is no smoking including e-cigarettes or vaping on any coaches.
  9. No pets or other animals except registered assistance dogs yet not on oversees holidays.
  10. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to inform Voel Coaches of any person travelling that may require special requirements due to disabilities or medical condition.
  11. You are responsible for your behaviour while travelling with us. Abusive, disruptive, or aggresive behaviour will not be tolerated. The company representatives are entitled to refuse boarding in these rare situations.
  12. You must hold valid travel insurance for the duration of your holiday. This can be arranged at the time of booking if requested.
  13. Luggage should be restricted to;
    • One medium size suitcase no more than 15kg per passenger.
    • One small carry on bag per passenger.

Lost Property

Any items of lost property found on our coaches will be kept at our office for 1 month, after which it will be disposed of. Perishable items e.g food stuffs, will be disposed of immediately.

Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs

Any person wishing to transport a wheelchair or mobility scooter on the coach is required to book such aid as part of the booking process as there is limited storage space on our vehicle.
Any mobility scooter should be no more than a class 2, and is not the responsibility of the driver to load and unload from the vehicle. In many destinations, mobility aids can be hired. Please speak to our travel advisors for more information.
