The Hydro Spa

Hydrotherapy is a therapeutic whole-body treatment that involves moving and exercising in water; essentially physiotherapy in a pool. Hydrotherapy pools are usually different from ordinary pools – the temperature, pressure and movement of water is controlled and changed according to who’s using the pool, and why. It reduces muscle tension and relieves pain, rehabilitates injured muscles, boosts the immune system, encourages detoxification and relieves stress.

There is a charge of £10 per person for full use of our Spa facilities including Hydro Pools, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, subject to prebooking through the hotel and availability.
