 Located just 6.8 miles from Newcastle city centre, this hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a restaurant, brasserie, lounge bar, and an 18-hole championship golf course. There is also a swimming pool, a hot tub and a steam room.
The refurbished bedrooms feature tea/coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is also available, and ironing facilities are provided.

Mon - Morning departure as we head for Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Some free time to explore before we head to our hotel for the evening meal.

Tue - Thu - During your holiday we enjoy an packed itinerary. We visit  Bamburgh castle where you can seize the day at this award-winning Castle. Discover over 3000 years of incredible history, high adventure, exhilarating views and sea air. We discover Wallington, where a historical house meets rolling hills, woodlands and a walled garden. We visit Alnwick Castle with over 950 years of history to discover! Enjoy Chesters Roman Fort museum, follow part of the route of Hadrian’s Wall, with an opportunity to see a section of the actual remaining structure.  And finally we visit Roman Vindolanda & Hexham Abbey!

Fri - After breakfast we depart the hotel to commence the homeward journey making a stop en-route.
