Bridgerton in Bath
If you've visited Bath since 2019, you may have caught sight of actors dressed in exquisite period costumes, accompanied by horses and carriages.  The camera crews are courtesy of Bridgerton, a hit series first released worldwide by Netflix on Christmas Day 2020, which swiftly became the platform's biggest show to air at the time, reaching a massive 82 million households in its first 28 days. The third season is due to be released in two parts on 16 May and 13 June 2024 respectively, reigniting the Regency fever.
Bath has a starring role in the series, with many of the city's golden Georgian stone buildings used as a backdrop, standing in for the streets of Regency London.
From award-winning attractions including The Holburne Museum (Lady Danbury's grand mansion) and No.1 Royal Crescent (the Featherington family home) to picture-perfect cobbled streets, you'll be able to follow in the footsteps of your favourite characters across the city. Don't miss The Abbey Deli on Abbey Green, which plays the infamous Modiste during the first season of the series, where you can pick up a range of Bridgerton-inspired merchandise and enjoy afternoon tea.

Includes:

*  Luxury coach travel
*  3 nights accommodation with breakfast & evening meals
*  Bristol Packet City Docks Tour

Fri - Morning departure as we make our way to Tewkesbury  for some free time. We later continue to our hotel.

Sat - We spend today at leisure in Bath where we can visit the remains of one of the finest spas of the ancient world, The Roman Baths

Sun - Our day starts with a visit to the restored harbourside area of Bristol. From the harbourside we take a 60 minute Bristol Packet Boat Trip with commentary detailing the fascinating history of the area. Once a busy dock where sailors and merchants would trade goods and set sail for voyages of discovery, Bristol’s Harbourside is now an attractive, modern development filled with restaurants, bars, shops and hotels. The area is alive with the buzz of Sunday markets, waterside restaurants and bars. Stroll around the water’s edge and you will find Millennium Square acting as a fantastic central hub. In the afternoon, we enjoy a guided tour of Aerospace Bristol, which offers a unique glimpse inside the aerospace industry from the point of view of the people who designed and built our nation’s aircraft over the past 100 years. We get the chance to step aboard its star attraction, the iconic Concorde Alpha Foxtrot, the last of the supersonic passenger jets to be built and the last to fly.

Mon - After breakfast we spend some free time in Bristol before we commence the homeward journey.
