The Babbacombe hotel - Babbacombe The Babbacombe Hotel enjoys a level position directly on the sea front overlooking the famous Babbacombe Downs with far reaching beautiful views across Lyme Bay. With stunning views from the bar, restaurant and function room. All public areas are situated on the ground floor. The hotel has a modern passenger lift to most bedrooms. The hotel is a few minutes level walk along the promenade from the famous Babbcombe Cliff Railway which takes you down to Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches. Close by there are tea rooms, restaurants and shops and within a pleasant stroll is Babbacombe Theatre, Babbacombe Model Village and St. Marychurch.
Mon - This morning we depart the local area as we head South for Babbacombe. Settle into your room and enjoy your evening meal.
Tue - Full day at leisure to relax and to explore Babbacombe.
Wed - Today we are visiting the Torbay resorts of Paignton and Torquay
Thu - Today we enjoy an excursion travelling via Sandygate and Exminster to the Regency resort of Sidmouth. After some time here for sightseeing our return journey takes us via the coastal road through Dawlish calling in Teignmouth, one of Devon’s oldest seaside resorts.
Fri - Depart Babbacombe after breakfast and travel homeward.
