ELR are thrilled to announce our first guest locomotive! 9F 92134 will be visiting the East Lancashire Railway for the Autumn Steam Gala, courtesy of the Self Family and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. 

Climb aboard for a day of steam powered glory with the East Lancashire Railway’s popular Autumn Steam Gala. This is your chance to ride up and down the line behind the railway’s incredible home fleet, and maybe even a guest or two.

The weekend will see an intensive, all steam timetable and all the usual bells and whistles of an ELR gala, including:

• Express and goods trains
• Shunting demonstrations
