Leek Markets have been at the heart of the towns shopping experience since the first Royal Market charter was issued by King John granting  Ranulph de Blondeville, 6th Earl of Chester, the right to hold a weekly Wednesday market and an annual seven-day fair in Leek in 1207.

Based in the town centre, Leek’s traditional Wednesday outdoor market is well worth a visit.
